Britney Spears is really messing her life up right now and the news is reporting that she might lose her kids because of her drug use and her drinking problems. One of her friends said this about her :
“She is a caring, devoted (mom), despite her crazy lifestyle,” Brit's pal told the paper. “The kids mean the world to her. However, she has finally come to terms with the fact that the way things are heading, she is going to lose them. She is absolutely petrified at that thought — and she knows she will not win full custody. So she has decided to reach a compromise with Kevin where she will have (primary) custody.”
I can't believe she is so stupid to drive with her kid on her lap and not in a child restrains and she shouldn't be getting all messed up on drugs or booze with her kids around. I feel sorry for the children to be in the middle of all this.

I hear ya. It's a pretty messed up situation, drugs or booze or not, she should know what the right thing to do is. She has to get her life straightened out for her kids sake.

Ahh, Nothing surprises me about something done in the "Peoples Republic of California". As with any other Socialist Super State California sees Britney and the child as chattle property of the state. How can state property have Unalienable Rights that would protect Britney from an over stepping nanny state?
Does California have an commerical interest in the child? I do not think a State that champions the murder of unwanted childern and mearly calls it" Abortion " and even arrest parents that would seek to stop thier teenage daughters from doing such a thing has any ligitimate interest in childern. In California A small child talked into making the very harmful choice of killing an unborn baby does not even have to informed thier parents to get the procedure done and school officals can even help to transport the child to the abortionist clinic.
Maybe the Federal Government should pass a law barring Governmement officals of California from having contact with childern to begin with?
I did not want to hijack the subject of your post with my comment but its insane to think such a State can ligitimately act in the interest of any child.
